Optional guarantee insurance
The Auto Trust guarantee is an optional supplementary insurance - not mandatory. You decide for yourself whether you want to add this guarantee to your purchase. This guarantee is only available for vehicles that meet Auto Trust requirements: the vehicle must be registered within 6 days of transfer, must not be older than 9 years or have more than 150,000 kilometers on the odometer, and no software/hardware modifications may have been made.
Independent guarantee provider
Tatev Auto works with Auto Trust for independent guarantee insurance on young used commercial vehicles. Auto Trust is a nationwide recognized guarantee provider with an extensive network of authorized repair shops throughout the Netherlands. Two guarantee packages available
We offer two guarantee terms: (1) Basic guarantee: 6 months or 15,000 km (whichever comes first), or (2) Extended guarantee: 12 months or 30,000 km (whichever comes first). The extended version gives you extra peace of mind for the long term.

Parts reimbursement table
The reimbursement for parts depends on the mileage and age of the vehicle at the time of the defect:

Important exclusions
The guarantee does not cover: body parts, glass, sheet metal, interior (seats, upholstery), media systems (navigation, radio, speakers), maintenance parts (batteries, filters, tires, spark plugs, brake pads, brake discs, lubricants), normal wear and tear, damage from external events (collision, water, stone chips), excessive oil consumption, and defects you were already aware of but continued driving with.
Claims procedure: fast and easy
In case of a defect, you report it within 5 days via www.autotrust.nl/claims. Auto Trust advises you to choose a suitable repair shop from their nationwide network (or you can choose a repair shop yourself). The repair shop determines the diagnosis and submits a quote to Auto Trust. After approval, you receive an authorization number so the repair can begin. Note: never start a repair without authorization from Auto Trust, otherwise your right to reimbursement expires.
Nationwide coverage via Auto Trust network
You can visit all Auto Trust Network repair shops throughout the Netherlands (with labor costs fully reimbursed). If you have repairs done at a repair shop outside the Auto Trust network, the insurer only reimburses the rate that would be charged at a network repair shop. The guarantee is valid throughout the Netherlands and in the following countries (max. 60 days per year): Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Luxembourg, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Sweden and Switzerland.
Dealer-serviced vehicles
Approximately 95% of our inventory is dealer-serviced, which provides extra assurance about the condition and history of the vehicle. Good maintenance is essential: the guarantee expires if it turns out the vehicle has not been maintained according to manufacturer specifications. Always keep your maintenance records.
Acceptance and validity
Auto Trust only accepts vehicles that are registered within 6 days of transfer and have had no software/hardware modifications. The guarantee is only valid for the first owner and is not transferable. Vehicles that have been used for racing purposes, rental, taxi, driving school, or that have been total loss are excluded.
