With financial lease, Tatev Auto finances your commercial vehicle. You pay a fixed monthly amount for the agreed term. At the end of the term you pay the balloon payment (residual value) and become the full owner of the vehicle.

Difference from operational lease

What is the difference between financial and operational lease?
With financial lease you finance the ownership of the vehicle. You are the economic owner; the vehicle is on your balance sheet. You are free in maintenance, insurance and mileage. At the end of the term you pay the residual value (balloon payment) and become the full owner. With operational lease the vehicle remains the property of the lease company, and maintenance and insurance are included in the monthly amount.
What is the interest rate for financial lease?
The indicative interest rate used in our calculator is 0.631% per month. The actual rate may vary slightly depending on your credit profile, the term and the vehicle. You always receive a transparent proposal before you sign.
What is the balloon payment?
The balloon payment (also: residual value) is the amount you pay at the end of the lease period to become the full owner. We use 15% of the purchase price as standard. You can also refinance this amount or trade it in towards your next vehicle.
Can I trade in my current vehicle?

Are there mileage limits with financial lease?
