Dimensions Mercedes-Benz V-Klasse / EQV
The V-Class (W447 series) shares its bodywork with the Vito and is supplied in three lengths: compact (4,895 mm), long (5,140 mm) and extra long (5,370 mm). Compact and long both sit on a 3,200 mm wheelbase, only the rear overhang differs; extra long has a 3,430 mm wheelbase. Width (1,928 mm excluding mirrors) and height are the same on every length, so the choice is purely about luggage space behind the last row of seats: 610 l for compact, 1,030 l for long and 1,410 l for extra long. The fully electric EQV is only available as long and extra long.

Frequently asked questions about the dimensions
What do L1, L2, H1 and H2 mean?
L stands for the length (wheelbase and overhang), H for the roof height. The higher the number, the longer or higher the van. From H2 upwards you can stand upright in the load area on most models.
How many Euro pallets fit inside?
A Euro pallet measures 120 × 80 cm. What counts is the width between the wheel arches (at least 120 cm for two pallets side by side lengthways) and the load length. The "Euro pallets" column gives the number that fits flat on the floor.
Can I drive this van on a category B licence?
Yes, as long as the gross vehicle weight does not exceed 3,500 kg. Versions up to 3,500 kg are listed in the "Max. weight" column; heavier versions (5,000 kg, for example) require a C1 licence.
Are these dimensions correct for every vehicle?
